It does not cover misuse, improper handling, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Cosmetic damage and non-original parts are also excluded.
You must register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty and qualify for claims.

Rules & Conditions
1. Warranty Overview
All LevelUpWay products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty, providing long-term protection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty reflects our commitment to high product quality and a seamless customer experience.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to:

Functional defects resulting from craftsmanship, assembly, or internal electronic components.

Performance issues related to battery, charging port, or internal circuitry.
-
Operational malfunctions occurring without external damage or misuse.
-
Free repair or replacement, if the issue is validated as a manufacturing defect.
-
Priority communication response within 24–48 hours from the support team.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not apply to the following:

Damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence (drops, impact, crushing, external force).

Water exposure or moisture damage, unless the product is explicitly rated as waterproof.

Improper maintenance, misuse of charging devices, or operation outside intended use.
-
Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, fading, surface marks).
-
Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by non-approved service providers.
-
Use of non-original accessories, third-party parts, or chargers not supplied by LevelUpWay.

Products that have been altered, manipulated, or damaged intentionally.
4. Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To benefit from the Lifetime Limited Warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be a genuine LevelUpWay device purchased from LevelUpWay or an authorized reseller.

The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase through the official registration process.

The customer must provide:

Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice sent to levelupway1@gmail.com)

Model or serial number (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 30 days without prior registration are not eligible for review, repair, replacement, or refund.
5. Warranty Activation & Documentation Requirements
To activate and maintain warranty status, the customer must:

Submit a warranty registration form within the required timeframe.
-
Provide clear photos or video if requested for pre-inspection.
-
Ensure all information is correct and tied to the original buyer.
-
Maintain proof of purchase throughout the lifetime of the product.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first retail purchaser.
6. Inspection & Approval Process

LevelUpWay reserves the right to inspect and validate all warranty claims before approving any repair, replacement, or refund.

Customers will receive a status update within 7–10 business days after claim submission.

The customer must email all required documentation to: levelupway1@gmail.com within this period.

If the product fails validation (external damage, misuse, intentional harm, or non-compliance), the claim will be declined.
7. Replacement & Service Policy
If the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty defect, LevelUpWay may provide:

Repair of the defective product, or
-
Replacement with a new or equivalent refurbished item, depending on availability.
One lifetime replacement is guaranteed per registered product, under the following conditions:

The replacement covers only manufacturer defects.

The customer is responsible for shipping the original product to the service center unless specified otherwise.

LevelUpWay covers the cost of the replacement unit but not inbound shipping.
-
Outbound shipping policies vary by region and will be communicated at the time of approval.
8. Logistics & Shipping Terms

Customer covers the cost of sending the product for review or inspection.
-
LevelUpWay covers the cost of the replacement device.
-
If the product is found not eligible, shipping costs are non-refundable.
-
Advance or priority replacement may be available in specific regions, subject to deposit and verification.
9. Response & Resolution SLA
To maintain service quality, LevelUpWay adheres to the following commitments:

Initial support response: 24–48 hours

Claim review: 7–10 business days

Resolution timeline (repair or replacement): typically within 7 business days after approval
10. Warranty Limitations
The Lifetime Limited Warranty does not guarantee:

Continuous operation without interruption.
-
Compensation for incidental or consequential damages.
-
Coverage where prohibited by local consumer law.
In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, LevelUpWay will comply with applicable consumer protection regulations.
11. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations
LevelUpWay may deny or terminate warranty coverage in cases of:

Intentional damage

False claims

Use of tampered proof of purchase

Multiple claims inconsistent with normal usage

Misrepresentation of product condition
