The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of your LevelUpWay product.
It does not cover misuse, improper handling, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Cosmetic damage and non-original parts are also excluded.
You must register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty and qualify for claims.
Only purchases made directly from LevelUpWay or authorized sellers are eligible for warranty coverage.

Lifetime Limited Warranty – Rules & Conditions
All LevelUpWay products come with a lifetime limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s included:
– Functional defects caused by craftsmanship or internal components
– Free replacement or repair if the issue is confirmed to be under warranty
– Responsive customer support within 24–48 hours
What’s not covered:
– Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents (e.g. drops, exposure to water, or external impact)
– Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, cosmetic damage, etc.)
– Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers
– Use of non-original accessories or parts not supplied by LevelUpWay
Warranty Eligibility:
Please register only purchased and certified LevelUpWay products, regardless of the place or sub-seller of the purchase.
Only products registered within 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for producer registration and warranty claims.
Any claim submitted after 30 days without prior registration will not be accepted for review, repair, replacement, or refund.
To activate and maintain your warranty, the customer must provide:
– A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice sent to levelupway1@gmail.com)
– The product’s serial or model number (if applicable)
Inspection & Approval:
LevelUpWay reserves the right to inspect and validate all warranty claims before approving any repair, replacement, or refund.
Customers will be notified of their claim status within 7–10 business days after submission.
In this period, the customer must send an email with valid proof of purchase to levelupway1@gmail.com.
Important:
Warranty applies only to genuine products purchased directly from LevelUpWay or authorized sellers. Proof of purchase is required.
