2. Promotional Gift Offer

  1. Customers who purchase any of the eligible bottles listed above will receive a promotional gift.
  2. The gift is provided only with a qualifying purchase and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
  3. If multiple bottles are purchased in one order, the promotional gift applies per bottle, subject to availability.
  4. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

3. Non-Eligibility & Restrictions

  1. Customers who purchase non-qualifying products will not receive the promotional gift.
  2. If an order includes both eligible and non-eligible products, only the eligible items will qualify for the promotion.
  3. Any attempt to claim the promotional gift without meeting the purchase requirements will be declined.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Order Adjustments

  1. If a customer returns the qualifying bottle, the promotional gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition.
  2. If the promotional gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. If an order is modified after purchase and no longer includes an eligible bottle, the promotional gift will no longer apply.

5. Availability & Modifications

  1. The promotional gift is subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value at our discretion.
  2. Level Up Way reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
