Refund Policy for Level Up Way LLC

(Valid Only for USA and UK Markets)

At Level Up Way LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy, as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for most products purchased from Level Up Way LLC, provided they meet the conditions listed below. However, certain items are non-refundable, as specified in section 3.

2. General Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for USA orders and 45 days for UK orders.

Exceptions:

  • Any product that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not qualify for a refund.
  • Products with signs of wear or that are not in their original packaging are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Filters for Alkaline Water Bottles
  • Hydrogen Test Reagent

Please ensure you carefully review your order before purchasing these items, as all sales are final.

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning a product, you must first contact us at levelupway1@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, we will assess your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your product is eligible for a refund.
  3. Shipping Returns: Upon receiving the RMA, ship the product back to the following address (for USA returns):

    For UK returns, we will provide an appropriate return address based on the nearest facility.

    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
  5. Refund Timeframe: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at levelupway1@gmail.com for Global Orders. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for such defective or damaged items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at levelupway1@gmail.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at levelupway1@gmail.com.

  • Water Bottle with Hydrogen Generator
  • Hydrogen Inhaler Machine – Portable Hydrogen Generator 120ml
  • 25 Ounce Premium Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Filter – BPA Free
  • Premium Hydrogen Water Bottle Generator – Up to 4000 PPB – SPE PEM DuPont US
  • Portable UV-C Light – Sterilizer Lamp

Please note, these products must meet the return conditions outlined in section 2.

9. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not already covered by the customer.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States for USA customers and the laws of the United Kingdom for UK customers ad EU for european customer. Any disputes or claims related to this policy will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the respective country.
